This Proof Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Snowball Media ("we," "us," or "our") and the client ("you" or "your") regarding the approval of proofs for design and production work. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both parties in the proof approval process.
As the client, you are responsible for:
We include [number] rounds of revisions in our initial quote. Additional revisions may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate. Any changes requested after final approval may result in additional costs and delays in production.
If errors are discovered after final approval and production has begun, rectification costs will be the responsibility of the client. Snowball Media is not liable for errors that were present in approved proofs but not identified during the review process.
While we strive for color accuracy, please note that colors may appear differently on screen versus in print due to variations in monitor calibration, printing processes, and materials. We recommend requesting physical proofs for color-critical projects.
